Dr Rajnish (Raj) Joshi qualified in 2005 from King's College London with numerous distinctions and prizes in the fields of restorative dentistry, oral surgery, child dental health and the practice of clinical dentistry. He also received the honour of proxime accessit University of London Gold medal following his BDS finals examinations.
He completed further training in general dental practice in Surrey and was awarded the Kent. Surrey and Sussex Deanery (Guildford Scheme) vocational dental practitioner prize in 2006.
Raj undertook further training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, restorative and implant dentistry at some of the most prestigious hospitals in and around London. He has been awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery indicating his enhanced knowledge, understanding, experience and clinical competence. Raj was appointed as a clinical teacher at the King's College London Dental institute where he was involved in the supervision and training of undergraduate and postgraduate dentists.
In 2011, Raj completed the prestigious MSc in Implant dentistry from King's College London, which is the highest qualification in Implant dentistry available in the UK. He achieved distinction standard in both the practical and theoretical aspects of implant dentistry. He is confident in the provision of dental implants for simple and complex full mouth reconstructive cases. With the help of his expertise in implant dentistry he has helped many patients to achieve their desired treatment outcome. He is also trained in advance soft tissue and bone grafting procedures for complex implant cases. He uses his knowledge of cosmetic dentistry to provide implants which not only provide function but are also aesthetically pleasing.
